Sharapova Seek Third Pan Pacific Open Title

TOKYO, Kompas.com — nine out of 10 of the world's top players, including French Open champion Maria Sharapova, will compete in the Pan Pacific Open tournament next month. World number one male tennis player from Belarus, Victoria Azarenka, also performed at the event with prizes of million dollar. Statement of the Committee in that tournament's daughter Tokyo, Friday (20/8/2012).

Azarenka will be coming to Tokyo with his capital first degree merengkuh grand slam in Australia Open earlier this year. Later, United States, tennis player Serena Williams, who won Wimbledon and the London 2012 Olympic Games, also got a list of players who will fight in the tournament hard court which lasted from 23 to 29 September.

Meanwhile Poland tennis player representing the defending champion Agnieszka Radwanska, and champion 2010, Caroline Wozniacki from Denmark, also already gives confirmation to be featured there.

The Committee also gave wildcards to veteran tennis facility that became the pride of the public host, Kimiko Date-Krumm. 42 year old tennis player ever won the trophy tournament in 1995.
